For the purposes of the NATCON Conference and the BALT-MILITARY-EXPO 2021 fair a joint Honorary Committee was established for both, the BALT-MILITARY-EXPO 2021 fair and the NATCON Conference. Besides that separate committees were formed, which are: the Scientific and Programme Committee, and the Organizing Committee.

The Chairman of the Scientific and Programme Committee is perfoming duties Marcin Wiśniewski – President of the Board of OBR CTM S.A., whereas kadm. prof dr. hab. Tomasz Szubrycht - Rector-Commandant of the Polish Naval Academy acts as a Deputy Chairman. Ahead of the Organizing Committee stands Andrzej Bojanowski – President of the Board of the Gdańsk International Fair Co. (MTG S.A.).
